Construction has been progressing quickly on The Guardian North, reaching the 17th level this week.
With a schedule that pours concrete approximately once a week, the tower structure is on track to top off by the end of summer. Window and spandrel glass has been installed in levels 7 and 8, and will be progressing upwards, following the concrete. Inside the building, our trade partners have been hard at work installing mechanical systems on the lower floors.
Noteworthy work this week also includes the water and sanitary connections, which attaches the development to the municipal grid running under 11th Ave SE.
